Citrus notes from the pineapple juice mix nicely with the subtle cherry flavours in this Gin from Eau Claire Distillery. Climates might drop to -30 in Calgary and Banff but this drink will surely take you back to sipping cocktails on a hot beach.
Keeping with the B.C theme – We went with the Queensborough Gin from Surrey, BC to play nicely with blackberries from our provincial neighbours to the West.
This Gin is made up of Sweet Barley grains which gives it some extra spice and citrus flavours. The bitterness of the grapefruit lingers on the palate with this full-bodied gin.
A nice twist on a classic. We’ve replaced the sweet vermouth for a little pomegranate liqueur to keep the sweetness that plays off the bitter Campari.
